RiseUp Sleep Lab is an Israeli specialist in orthopedic pillows and sleep-support products, based in Petah Tikva. This page lists all nine products we sell — pillows for side, back and front sleepers, a cooling pillow, an ergonomic seat cushion and a handful of bedroom accessories. Prices below are the prices you pay at checkout, in Israeli shekels, and home delivery adds ₪39 per order (pickup from Petah Tikva by arrangement is free). Which pillow in the range should you choose?
Start with the position you sleep in most, then check three things: shoulder width, how firm you like a pillow, and how warm you sleep. Side sleepers usually need a full height that fills the gap between shoulder and ear; back sleepers need moderate support under the curve of the neck; front sleepers do better on a low, softer profile. The table turns that into specific models.

Buying questions: delivery, returns and warranty

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Home delivery anywhere in Israel costs ₪39 per order. Orders are supplied within up to 21 business days of the transaction being approved, unless stated otherwise. You can also collect free of charge from 9 HaSivim St., Petah Tikva 4959370 — by prior arrangement only, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:30. Full terms are in the shipping and refund policy.
Can I return a pillow that did not suit me?
Yes. Every pillow comes with 60 nights to try it, and Israeli consumer protection law also lets you cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving confirmation of the transaction, whichever is later. On a return that is not because of a fault, the product must come back unused and in its original packaging with all its parts. If it is faulty or not what you ordered, you get a full refund within 10 business days.
What does the three-year warranty cover?
The warranty runs for three years from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing and material defects: loose stitching, tears in the filling and loss of shape under normal household use. It does not cover exposure to water or damp, cleaning with harsh chemicals, or repairs carried out by anyone we have not authorised. How do I know which pillow is right for me?
Begin with your sleeping position: on your side, a full height; on your back, moderate support; on your front, a low profile. Then weigh up shoulder width, the firmness you prefer and how warm you sleep. Our pillows support the head and neck and help spread pressure — they are not a substitute for medical advice. Can I order if I do not read Hebrew?
Yes. The product pages and the checkout are in Hebrew, but the flow is the standard one: add to basket, enter delivery details, pay. If you would rather not do it on your own, call 077-644-1888, message us on WhatsApp or email support@riseup-il.co.il, and we will place the order with you, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:30.
Is payment secure, and who can buy?
Payment runs over an SSL-encrypted connection, and an order is only complete once the credit-card company approves the transaction and you receive confirmation. Purchases on the site are for customers aged 18 and over. Details you provide are used to fulfil the order, as set out in our privacy policy.
