The statement in brief
The RiseUp Sleep Lab website is built to meet accessibility requirements at level AA, in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the regulations made under it. If you come across an accessibility fault on the site or at our premises, you can contact our accessibility coordinator by email or by phone, and we will make every effort to find a suitable solution and to deal with your approach as soon as possible.

Our commitment to accessible service
RiseUp makes every effort, and invests considerable resources, in order to give all of its customers a service that is equitable, respectful, accessible and professional. In accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the regulations made under it, we invest substantial effort and resources in making the accessibility adjustments required so that a person with a disability can receive the services provided to all customers independently and equally.
We continue to work regularly on improving the accessibility of the site, as part of our commitment to allowing everyone, including people with disabilities, to browse it as accessibly as possible.
Which accessibility standard does the site meet?
The site is built to meet accessibility requirements at level AA, in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Accessibility on the site is adapted to the leading browsers.
We at RiseUp IL always aim to give the wider public browsing the site content that is as accessible as possible, whatever the technology the site is built on. We work to update and implement the accessibility rules as far as possible, in line with the principles of the accessibility standard.
The accessibility menu and supported technologies
The site is made accessible by the company UA USER ACCESSIBILITY and supports the leading assistive technologies in the field. The accessibility menu offers a range of adjustment options.

Known limitations
Because of conditions outside our control, there may be cases in which we are unable to provide information in an accessible form, including because certain parts of the sites have not yet been made accessible. We monitor such cases so that we can provide the appropriate technological solution.
Receiving information in an accessible format
Where needed, we offer our customers the option of receiving information in accessible formats. Information is provided free of charge, and is intended for people with disabilities in line with their specific needs as far as possible. For accessibility enquiries and information, you can contact the accessibility coordinator of the Company, whose details appear later in this statement.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
If you have come across any accessibility problem or fault, we would be glad to hear about it. So that we can handle the problem in the best way, we strongly recommend including as much detail as possible:

- Operating system.
- Type of assistive technology, if you were using one.

Accessibility arrangements at our premises
The following are the accessibility arrangements in place at our business premises and office at 9 HaSivim St., Petah Tikva. For any need or further information, please contact the contact person or the accessibility coordinator using the details set out above, or a representative on site.

The distance from the car park to the entrance to the premises is 15 m. There are steps between the car park and the entrance to the premises, with a handrail alongside them. | Entrance to the premises | There is a ramp at the entrance to the premises, with a handrail alongside it. The entrance door has a small threshold 5 cm high. The entrance door to the premises is 80 cm wide. Entry to the premises and to the building is permitted with a guide dog or a service dog. |
